A tiny house in the forest. Was initially a recording studio. When the land was sold, it became the new owner's homeschool.
A porch build from natural cedar logs collected from our forest, stripped and graded. The logs were dipped in rot-proofing product, and inserted 3 feet into the ground. Using large nails and flat face joints, the nails heads were then cut to hammer another log into them, creating a strong joint with no exposed metal. The roof has a layer of strapping and clear PVC. Walls are being constructed from stacked firewood.
Rudder replacement for a 30 foot sailboat. Parts had to be obtained, measured and machined during a voyage.
